Mr. Sergey Gimadiyev

Chairman of the Management Board

Born in 1980.

In 2004, graduated from Tashkent University of Information Technologies specializing in "Management" and in 2012, graduated from Tashkent Financial Institute specializing in "Banking".

Banking career started in 2005 at JSCB "Kapitalbank".

From 2005 to 2016, worked in the JSCB "Kapitalbank". Held the positions of division head, department deputy director and department director.

During 2018–2019 was the Director of the Department on Innovative Technologies Development and Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of JSCB "INVEST FINANCE BANK".

From July 2019 to November 2021, – Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of JSCB "Kapitalbank".

From November 2021 to November 2022, – Chairman of the Management Board of JSC "Bank Apelsin".

From December 2022 to June 2023, – Chairman of the Management Board of JSC "Uzum Bank".

Since July 2023, is acting Chairman of the Management Board of JSCB "ASIA ALLIANCE BANK".

In September 2023 was approved as Chairman of the Management Board of JSCB "ASIA ALLIANCE BANK".

Provides:

- Effective management of balance sheet liquidity and maintaining the level of capital adequacy, Bank asset and liability management, compliance with the prudential regulations established by the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the main directions of strategic development and business plan of the Bank; 

- Legitimacy in activities of the Bank and its structural divisions, uniform implementation of the legislation and regulatory legal acts of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan, protection of rights and property interests of Bank depositors and shareholders; 

- Implementation of the HR policy, creation of normal and safe working conditions for Bank employees, implementation of organizational and practical measures to ensure raising the level of their professional training;

- Implementation of marketing analysis of banking services in order to introduce new types of banking products;

- Reliable operation of "Helplines" at the head office and branches of the bank, registration and timely consideration of complaints and appeals of citizens.
