In our country, consistent efforts are being made to ensure the comprehensive development of the younger generation and to create the necessary conditions for their independent transition into adult life.
In recent years, the legal framework related to state youth policy has been further improved, and the Law “On the State youth policy” has been adopted. Additionally, the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On measures to fundamentally reform and raise the state youth policy in the Republic of Uzbekistan to a new level” was issued.
In accordance with this decree, the Youth Affairs Agency was established. The Agency exercises state control over compliance with the legislation adopted in the field of youth policy.
According to the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. DP-4768 dated June 30, 2020, the activities of the Young Leaders’ Councils have been organized within the banking system.
The composition of the Bank’s Young Leaders’ Council includes the following young employees:
1. Juravoev Mokhirbek Ulugbek ugli – Deputy Head of the Organizational and Control Department;
2. Niyazov Shakhzod Shukhrat ugli – Chief Specialist of the “Alliance Pay” Department;
3. Iskanov Islоm Ikrom ugli – Leading Specialist of the Foreign Exchange Operations Division of the Foreign Economic Relations Department.
In its activities, the Young Leaders’ Council sets the objectives of ensuring consistent implementation of state youth policy, providing comprehensive support to young people, studying their problems, protecting their rights and interests, as well as promoting the proposals and opinions of young specialists working in the banking system.
