Qualification requirements set forth to a position of a Call-Center administrator (Work in night shifts)

Education and Work Experience:

- higher financial or economic education/secondary specialized financial or economic education with practical work experience in the banking sector at least 5 years

Job Duties:

  • providing individuals and legal entities with primary information about Bank activities, familiarizing the population and clients with banking services rendered, providing information about service requirements and conditions;
  • determining reasons for appeals by legal entities and individuals and providing appropriate information;
  • giving substantiating replies to questions of legal entities and individuals within its authorities; analyzing legal entities and individuals’ feedback about banking services.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • knowledge of the banking laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
  • being open, sincere, sociable and polite;
  • being restrained, keeping calm, being mentally balanced in any situation;
  • being able to express its opinion, information on banking services to clients in a consistent and calm manner;
  • having good hearing and memory, accurate and clear pronunciation;
  • good knowledge of Uzbek and Russian (knowledge of English is considered preferable);
  • good knowledge of computer operations and means of communication
