1) For loans of up to and including UZS 500.0 million: -Third-party guarantees and/or an insurance policy covering the risk of loan default, in accordance with the requirements of the “Procedure for Accepting Collateral to Secure the Fulfilment of Clients’ Obligations under Credit Services at Asia Alliance Bank.” 2) For loans exceeding UZS 500.0 million: - Real estate; - Motor vehicles and special-purpose equipment no more than 7 years old (the year of manufacture is counted as the first year); - Cash pledged as a deposit; - An insurance policy covering the risk of loan default, issued by an insurance company that meets the Bank’s requirements, or a third-party guarantee. The value of such collateral must not exceed 25% of the total collateral value for each loan and/or UZS 700.0 million. Third-party guarantees shall be accepted in accordance with the requirements of the “Procedure for Accepting Collateral to Secure the Fulfilment of Clients’ Obligations under Credit Services at Asia Alliance Bank.” The collateral value of assets provided as security shall be determined in accordance with the requirements of the “Procedure for Accepting Collateral to Secure the Fulfilment of Clients’ Obligations under Credit Services at Asia Alliance Bank.”

1. As of the operational date, the Debtor’s income statement (Form No. 2) must not reflect a loss. An exception may be made where the loss incurred by the Debtor is substantiated by reliable information. 2. As of the operational date, the Debtor’s own working capital must not be negative. An exception may be made where the negative value of this indicator is substantiated by reliable data provided by the Debtor. 3. There must be no overdue loan indebtedness under existing loans and transactions equivalent thereto. 4. With respect to loans over the past 12 months: - No more than two instances of delinquency exceeding 30 days (30+); - No more than one instance of delinquency exceeding 60 days (60+); - No instances of delinquency exceeding 90 days (90+). 5. The Borrower’s related enterprises, identified based on the established control criteria, must have no overdue loan indebtedness within the Asia Alliance Bank system. 6. Based on the Borrower’s credit history report (SKZ), neither the client nor the relevant related entities must have any outstanding loans within the Asia Alliance Bank system classified as “Unsatisfactory,” “Doubtful,” or “Loss.” 7. There must be no cases within the Asia Alliance Bank system of extending interim or final repayment deadlines for principal amounts or accrued interest on currently outstanding loans. 8. There must be no cases within the Asia Alliance Bank system of failure to comply with conditions established by the collegial body in relation to existing loans or obligations, including failure to fulfil such obligations within the prescribed time limits, except for other specified cases of non-compliance. 9. As of the current date, there must be no cases of misuse of loan proceeds under existing loans within the Asia Alliance Bank system. Verification of the intended use of loan proceeds shall be carried out based on a report confirming their use for the intended purpose. This requirement shall not apply to: - Loans granted under products for which the deadline for preparing the report on the intended use of loan proceeds has not yet arrived; - Loans where the client has filed a lawsuit against the supplier due to the non-delivery of goods or non-provision of services; - Loans under products for which verification of the intended use of loan proceeds is not required. 10. The client must have no outstanding amounts payable under enforcement proceedings initiated by the Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement. 11. If claims relating to credit services have been filed with an economic court during the past three years and such claims have been upheld in whole or in part, the application shall be reviewed and rejected.

- Business Entities: Loan application; constituent documents; information on the company’s founders and management; consent/resolution of the founders authorizing the borrowing and/or the provision of collateral; financial statements and other financial information (Forms No. 1 and 2, annual and interim); breakdowns of balance sheet items; information on turnover in bank accounts held with other banks; information on existing obligations; and other required information and documents. 1. A certificate confirming the outstanding balance of any loan obtained from another bank, the remaining repayment term and repayment schedule, together with the relevant loan agreement. - Individual Entrepreneurs (Private Entrepreneurs): Loan application; state registration certificate; copy of passport; information on the location where business activities are carried out. 1. Calculations prepared by the client to substantiate the repayment of the loan, including projected cash flows, as well as other documents related to project implementation. 2. A certificate confirming the outstanding balance of any loan obtained from another bank, the remaining repayment term and repayment schedule, together with the relevant loan agreement. - Business Entities Applying for Project Financing: A business plan and/or calculations prepared by the client to substantiate loan repayment, specifying the project parameters and projected cash flows; and other documents related to project implementation.

The certificate issued based on the preliminary scoring results does not constitute a final decision to grant a loan. The certificate is valid for 30 calendar days. The final decision shall be made after obtaining the client’s consent, conducting checks using KATM data and other external sources, and completing the relevant verification procedures. If any adverse changes occur in the client’s financial position, credit history, account status, or other risk indicators during the validity period of the certificate, the preliminary credit limit shall be reassessed or the certificate shall become invalid. The market value of the collateral shall be determined based on the valuation report prepared by an independent appraisal organization and the expert opinion issued by Elektron Baholash LLC (Report No. 2). If an independent valuation report is unavailable, the market value of the collateral may be determined using the “Baholash Plus” service provided by Elektron Baholash LLC.
