- The vehicle being purchased shall be accepted as collateral at a value of not less than 133.3% of the loan amount. - No additional collateral shall be required prior to the notarization of the pledge agreement or its execution by the Bank independently.

Loan Provision Order

Auto loan funds are transferred to the settlement account of "UzAuto Motors" JSC

Required Documents

- An identity document (passport, ID card, residence permit, etc.);
- Vehicle purchase and sale agreement;
- Self-employment certificate (if the loan is granted to a self-employed individual);
- Written consent of the client’s spouse to pledge the vehicle purchased with the loan proceeds as collateral. If the client is unmarried, a document confirming the absence of a registered marriage as of the date of submission of the loan application must be provided.

Additional Conditions

- The Debt-to-Income (DTI) ratio of the Borrower/Co-Borrower must not exceed 50%. - The Debt-to-Income ratio must not exceed 8 times the Borrower’s income. - The Borrower must have no outstanding arrears with the Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement (BPI). - The Borrower’s credit history, as reported by credit bureaus for the past three years, must be positive. The following exceptions are permitted: Delinquencies of 30 days or more: no more than 10 instances;
Delinquencies of 60 days or more: no more than 3 instances;
Delinquencies of 90 days or more: not permitted. - For auto loans with a 0% interest rate, the increased interest rate applicable to overdue principal shall be set at three times the Central Bank’s base rate.
