JSCB “Asia Alliance Bank” hereby informs you that the payment of interest (coupon) income on the Bank's bonds, as well as funds payable upon bond redemption, is carried out through the Central Securities Depository of the Republic of Uzbekistan in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. 

Payments are made based on the data of the depository account (register of bondholders) formed by the Central Securities Depository as of the date established by the terms of the bond issue. 
    
Procedure for the transfer of funds: 
    
· Individuals – funds are transferred to personal accounts opened with the Central Securities Depository via the “UzCSD” mobile application; 
· Legal entities – funds are transferred according to the bank details provided by the legal entity to the Central Securities Depository in the established manner.
