On December 4, the U-Enter Innovation Center hosted the awards ceremony for the CX Banking Index 2025, an annual study that analyzed 33 mobile banking applications in Uzbekistan and highlighted their best digital practices.

The key evaluation benchmark was the Customer Experience Index (iCX), which allows for comparing the quality of services across banks, their products, and channels of interaction.

Amid strong competition, the Alliance Pay app by Asia Alliance Bank stood out, becoming one of the event’s top winners. The bank claimed victory in two prestigious categories:

Bronze in Payments - for the quality and reliability of its payment services
