The main issues on the agenda of the Extraordinary General Meeting of steel: the definition of the limit of authorized shares, approval of the Bank's external auditor, amendments to the Charter of the Bank's approval of the Regulations of the General Meeting of the Audit Commission, the Council and the Board.
Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders defined limit in the number of authorized shares 38.8 mln.pieces worth 9.7 billion soums, the bank could issue to increase the authorized capital. As of January 1, 2010 paid-up capital of the Bank amounts to 4.85 million sum. Until the end of this year will bring the size of the share capital to 14.55 billion soums.
At an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders also approved the Bank's external auditor to audit the financial statements for the year 2009 - a leading international audit firm PricewaterhouseCoopers.
The Extraordinary General Meeting of shareholders approved amendments to the Charter of the Bank and approved of "On the General Shareholders' Meeting," "On the Audit Commission", "On the Board of the bank" and "On Board the bank."
